Delivery information
After collecting orders from our customers, deliveries are made within 3 working days for said order to be processed.
Orders that are destined within the province of British Columbia will have a three day shipping time, and other provinces of Canada will be stipulated depending on the courier company, for the most part, The Delivery is made by post in a tracked parcel.
Our international customers, whether in Europe or the USA, have the possibility to choose the currency on the site when making the purchase, the delivery time is set for them depending on the company but also depending on the weather. Any delays, losses or damage are the responsibility of the Post Office and do not give the buyer the right to claim damages but everything remains appreciable at the customer's request.

It is important to emphasize that:
The customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the order is received.
Delivery will be made by post in a tracked parcel. Any delays, losses or damage are the responsibility of the Post Office and do not entitle the buyer to claim damages. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right of return under the conditions provided in this document.
